Dear Sir, Please check my ECG normal or not? At the time of ECG due to anxiety my heart rate is high.

Hai My mom recently done with master check up doctor said everything is good ,but i found out in her echo screening that there is grade 2 tricuspid regurgitation...she have past history of hypertension,dyslipidemia ...no one spoke about it  doctor said it's normal bcz there is history of bp ? .so can you please clarify me about this grade 2 tricuspid regurgitation and mild PAH

Having sometime pinching pain in upper left chest.suffering from Gerd since 2022 .done ecg echo which is normal. Cholesterol is normal. No thyroid. No sugar,no fatty liver,reports are normal. Hemoglobin is low.vitamin b12 is bit low not much.creatnine is 1.02 surviving with single kidney since 2009.taking rabium Plus empty stomach in morning. Metpure xl 12.5 and librax at night.bp is controlled. Not having oily or spicy or junk or milk products red meat No citrus fruit No dry fruits. Why do I have this pinching pain.
