Yesterday I came to known that my son who is 4 month old have hole in his heart after 2D Echo. Doctor suggest an another echo after 6 month. Please suggest me what to do next. The detail of the echo is mentioned below. * Situs Solitus. Levocardia * AV, VA Concordance * Fossa Ovalis ASD ( Left To Righ ) 8 mm * Intact ventricular septum * Normal mitral and tricuspid inflow * No LVOT/RVOT Obstruction * Confluent PA branches * No MR, TR * Normal LV,RV dimensions and function * Left aortic arch * Tiny PDA ( left to right ) * Normal great veins/Pulmonary venous drainage * No PE * LviDD - 2.2 cm, lviDS 1.6 cm Please suggest me what to do next, is it's going to be cured by itself or need some surgery or etc. Please suggest 🙏

This for my husband, he is 38yr old.some days back he was fill weakness and mild pain in chest, so we did all test like BP,ECG, and 2d echo. Doctor said everything thing okay. There no problem in this only he has cholesterol issue. I have attached his test report .Can some one help me with a good doctor. Still he is not good and he is filling weakness . Today I went through full body check up and my lipoprotein was 79 mg/dl, is I am at risk of coronary disease, my HDL cholesterol direct is 40 mg/dl, my HDL/LDL Ratio is 0.32, my LDL Cholesterol direct is 127 mg/dl. Please suggest

Hlo sir/Mam. Is normal stress echo sufficient to rule out possibility of heart blockages/angina in an intermediate risk patient with typical angina symptoms ( 26/M, no sugar/lipids/family history)? And how often shud I be going for stress echo to ensure it's all fine with my heart? My doc told me about CT angio but wants me to avoid it due to radiation and allergic reaction risk ( I take l-hist mint already)? Just require a second opinion to get out of the dilemma n be happy with my negative stress echo results

Resting heart rate in sleep was 54 is it okay or there is some issue ...... After waking up it goes to above 65 while lying on the bed........... i am just worried about resting heart.

I am under treatment for anxiety and panic attacks since 2020 i am taking dveniz 50 which contains desvenlafaxine an SNRI drug b/d and clonazepam 0.25 b/d and trifluoperazine 1mg after dinner but I noticed that my heart rate was constantly over 100 and sometime 130 and with light activity it was going above 150 but without any symptoms i came to know from my apple watch so i consulted cardiologist who performed ecg and echo both were normal and he diagnosed me with inappropriate sinus tachycardia and prescribed inapure 15 but my psychiatrist instead advised me to take betablocker to reduce my heart rate as it also helps in anxiety so he added metoprolol xl 25 before breakfast but before breakfast still my heart rate is high if i perform any activity and only after taking metoprolol xl 25 it goes back to normal but i am worried i am on too many meds especially a heart medication without any problem I don't have bp issue too but with meds anxiety is controlled but i always feel fatigued
