I have had my ECHO very recently with mild PAH and Mild TR. I haven't had breathlessness symptoms before 2-3 days and out of blue it got started and I have started using Salmetrol inhaler but it doesn't correct breathlessness as such. Most of the time breathlessness feels when I am lying on bed trying to sleep and couldn't sleep. I have had my NT pro BNP test October 2022 it came 262 but at that time cardiologist said it's not significant. So how this breathlessness arrived out of blue is it Congestive heart failure or deteriorating PAH ? I have my Spirometery and X ray yesterday which were normal.

I'm 23 years old and i taking telday 40 last 8 days..but my pressure always 130/80 or 125/85..can it dengerous..can I running or skiping?

I have pain in below shoulder blade only when I arch my hands backward.the pain is past 1 week .ialso have 2 yrs old son whom I used usually carry on left hand first i used to get cramps also but cramps subsided in 2-3days only it pain when arch my hand back or else no pain is it related anything to heart problem?plz help

Hi sir/ madam after physical workout strain in back I went to clinic that time bp was 150/85 dr ask me to come back tomorrow that time it was 121/80.but after this incident I always think about my bp and i checked after a month it was 135/80 now days it raising in clinic up to 160/90 but when I check in home it was under 120 . My dr started stemlo 5 but even after medicine it raising 150+ in clinic. And without medicine I checked in home it comes normal . That all i told dr he told me your bp machine is faulty that's why I keep my bp machine to clinic first check Dr's bp machine it was 160/90 and after my machine then it's 155/85 Kindly advice

Hi my mother is having slight chest pain, but not much it comes in some odd days maybe in a month like that but not frequently, what could be the issue ?

I have normal bp 110-82 but stays heart rate above and around 100. So which medicine is beat for heart rate treatment without affecting the bp. Thanks

How likely are women in their 20s to get a heart attack or cardiac arrest? Also, suggest some measures to stay away from heart disease as such.

I suffer from sinus tachycardia for which I take metoprolol and olimsartan ( my BP without it used to be around 140/90-95). I had my 2 D echo done on 5th May 2023 with EF 60% and mild PAH 31 mm Hg. I have been told mild PAH is no problem. But since yesterday morning I started having bouts of breathlessness even while sitting ( before that I had no breathlessness). Though oxygen levels at rest are still intact 97-99. I felt very anxious about my deteriorating PAH as breathlessness is main symptoms of it. So I went for 2D Echo again I was told I have same mild PAH of 31 mm but I looked at the report my EF fraction drops to 56% to 60% in just over month. I feel very afraid whether Is it going towards heart failure. I also had Chest X ray and spirometery today which were normal but IGE allergy test was 330.
