Hi, My heart beat when I sitting below 85 and lay down below 65 to 80.when i Standing up my heart beat goes 105, afternoon some time it reach to 85 and again it went 95 to 105.pleae let us know any issue. Which tests need to perform .

I have a apple watch and i know i am not doing any exercise in my life and i have a job as banker in which i have to sit all the time ..... but recently i started walking at night little bit and my watch showing low level cardio fitness and i am worried as i am anxious type of person now i want to ask that it is a serious problem should i go to hospital and consult or it showing to change lifestyle for future............... is this is a future heart attack or what ...... my age is 29

Dear sir/madam, My son having 10 mm ASD , now he his age is 4 years and 9 months old , doctors are suggested to to close the ASD , we are having confusion to go for device closure but one doctor told if we are going device closure there is a chance to missing device in future so go for open heart surgery Due to this we are in huge confusion which one is safe. Kindly please suggest whether is really device closure is safe or open heart surgery. Attached ECHO report .

Sir, Yesterday i measured BP at my friend's place and in front of many people through Automated BP monitor. My first reading was 156/74 n heart rate 71 My second reading was 126/88 n heart rate 73 Sir is that normal?? Actually i have noticed that when i measure BP in front of anybody i feel the performance or result pressure. Is it really so?? Sir as i have noticed that the first reading is always high. Is it really the case with everyone?? Please advise
