Hi Dr I was diagnosed with PIH  just two days before my delivery, for which iv labetalol was given and bp was not coming down so , c section was done, even though i was on labetalol tid on 8th day post delivery i started with severe headache which i couldn't tolerate and obg started with mgso4 for two days then blood investigations n urine tests were done along brain MRI,all were normal,after which i started taking labet TID 100mg and depin 5mg BD,but i consulted physician he changed medicine to telma H 40mg OD,i took medicine for 6weeks n stopped with tapering doses but i was monitoring bp it was normal n at 12th week bp was high 170/100 ,consulted Dr as per his advice I am on Cilacar 5mg BD dose, and i have completed 6months post delivery period n bp is 90/70 almost everyday , got my renal Doppler, lipid profile, lft, rft, urine routine everything is normal, should I get any other investigations and can i stop medicine with tapering doses n continue with reduced salt diet , ht-4'10"

Dear doctor I am having generalised anxiety disorder I fell like chest tightness and heavyness I have gone to cardiologist and he has told me to do an ecg test and in the report it was found synus tachycardia so he has given me beta blocker cipla LA 40 to continue for 3 months I have taken that tablet for 2 weeks now I don't have sun rapid heart beat but some times I have such issue should I continue the tablet or by doing exercise and meditation will do. Please advice.

I have been going through high bp 150/90 and anxiety episodes from past 2 months. I fee like pins and needles around my chest area. I have gone through several ecg and all came out to be normal except sinus tachycardia. My 2d echo is also normal and ct coronory angio suggests calcium score nil and left dominance with no significant narrowing in coronaries. My crp level is 2.05 mg/l. I am taking sartel beta 25 for my high bp and now it is in the range of 130/84. I want to ask what is the reason for this numbness in my left arm and slight chest tightness. Once in a while i feel thumping in chest that wakes me up from the sleep and i feel scary. Please help me out. My husband was diagnosed with bradycardia last year, doctors said to change lifestyle ( exercise, sleep more , no coffee, have more veggies n reduce carb ) we are vegetarian so it was easy to change the diet. However last year the bpm was 55 now it's 40-43bpm. Cardiologist is not having any answer n said everything is ok it's just bradycardia n come for a visit if he feels dizzy or passes out. I can wait for situation to get worst . Can anyone suggest what treatment is required? Which specialist i must go to ? Is it very serious ? How much time do I have to get this condition treated ? Anyone help please 😭 🙏
