I am BP patient taking lisinopril 20 mg in the morning and Amlogurd 5 mg at night. Can I take both the medicine before going for TMT and 2D echo ?

Done ecg echo which is normal Bp 120/80 Sugar fasting 93 Total cholesterol 138 Ldl 77 Hdl 43 Triglycerides 118 Lipoprotein 18.35mg Creatinine 1.02 surviving with single kidney since 2009 Urea 18 Uric acid 6.3 Hemoglobin 9.6 Having Gerd since 2022.taking rabium Plus empty stomach, Acogut100 twice before food,met xl 12.5 after dinner and librax. Today done tmt pls find the attachment. Exercise time 7minutes Max hr attained 182bpm 102% of target 179 Max bp attained 152/100 Max work load 6.7 fair response to induced stress Max st dep lead & average st value v1& 1.2mm in recovery

Please review these ecgs. Computerised interpretation mention is acute MI possibly V3..I do have symptoms like just discomfort, acidity, anxiety but I am also suffering from OCD and IBS The doctor there said the ECG is completely normal, it is just some Leaddisturbance which lead to the interpretation. Please provide your valuable second opinion on my city to confirm that nothing is wrong. Since I have the symptoms before as well so I am used to them but Not to this interpretation on ECG

My HDL is 38 but LDL and Non-HDL cholesterol are alright. How do I increase HDL level? Is 38 too low?

Hi, I feel chest pain in regular basis and left hand also paining, chest x ray also done.I consulted the physician he said the reports was normal and said that pain due to gastric problem I feel the pain when ever I touch and morning weakup and i suffering full day i done tmt also I upload the report please check and please tell what is the reason for pain in regular basis.

I have had almost every possible tests. TMT in March 2020 - Normal Stress Echocardiography in Oct 2021 - Normal CT Angio in Jan 2022 - Normal TMT again in September 2022 - Negative CAG in January 2023 - Normal with mid myocardial bridge Numerous Echos with normal EF of 60% But I keep on suffering from classic left chest pains which mimics angina type symptoms and rapid heartbeats. For that I usually take metoprolol. The episodes start from rapid heartbeat and then pain starts radiating on left chest sometimes on left shoulder. I'm so distressed. What else I should. Is this myocardial bridge causing symptoms for last 2-3 years which is landing me to ER almost every month ? Or is it non cardiac. My CT angio and CAG reports are attached. Why my CT angio didn't show myocardial bridging ?
