My ecg and echo is normal
But from last 2 days i have pain while walking but while i run there is not much pain
When i sit down the pain goes away

Resting heart rate in morning 6am
Somedays in In morning my sleeping heart rate is like 39- 45 And few nights my HR was 55-60 ...some time it's 53 in yesterday Today morning I'm going for running then heart rate goes upto 160.
Done ecg echo and tmt a are normal.
Im obesse guy 130kg
It's good or any problem with my heart please suggest me .
