When I think or tense little bit my heart started beating fast and body shaking feeling uncomfortable and feel like heart attack after sometime it's came down but feeling chest heviness pain in left chest and little bit in hand I done below test which is normal. Kindly suggest Ecg twice-normal Echo-2d normal Thyroid-normal Blood sugar-normal Lipid profile test-normal Kft and lft -normal Urine test -normal Cbc-normal

Hi, Since last 2-3 weeks I am facing issue in breathing properly through Nose. Sometimes I feel my nose is blocked and I get a choke like feeling in throat. There is no pain in my chest or any other symptoms. Kindly tell me if this is related to heart issue. Also I am obese.

My heart beat is always 90 to 110.. i have anxiety issue.. some times i have chest discomfort also. I have done ecg and echocardiography.. and cbc.. chest xray.. all are normal.. i have attached cbc report.. please check it and tell me why my heart beat are always 1st

Hi Dr, I am a patient of hypertension taking bp medication as Betacap TR40, Thyronorm and Rozat5. Had previous history of palpitations and Holter found isolated vpc but nothing major. Can I go to gym to build some muscles. Please advise if I can do weight training and what should be safe heart rate for me while doing exercises. Thanks
