Hi Dr, Faced irregular beats 5-6months ago and then occasionally once or twice sometimes. Visited cardiologist, done Holter test also which came out to be occasional VPCs and SVEs. Was already on Starpress XL25.. medicine changed to Betacap TR40. Doctor told me to ignore. Can I do echo and ecg to check current health. Will it help? Also due to this I am worried and have anxiety sometimes that something will happen.

Sir, I have done ECG and report comes PR interval- 136ms, QRS duration- 87ms, QT/QTc-376/370, Vent rate-58 bpm. I had pain in shoulder blade and sometimes near heart from 3 days. Please suggest

Now a days we listen frequently about heart attack. Can any medicine cause to silent heart attack. (Like Dilzem 60 or anyother)

Sir I feel mild chest pain and weakness sometimes I have done Ecg ECho and CT Coronary Angiography All test comes normal pls suggest me If CT Coronary Angiography normal then required any further test and how accuracy of CT Coronary Angiography??

My mother who is 78 years had developed pain in lower calf in her right leg since 4 weeks now. She developed it one day all of sudden without any injury. She says pain is not there at rest but she feels intense pain while first trying to stand and then it gradually eases and then there is pain when she tries to fold her right leg pulling upwards when lying. Blood tests were done in September, 22 and Thyroid, sugar were normal (she has hypothyroidism & diabetes, takes eltroxin 75 mcg & Glycomet SR 500 twice before lunch & dinner) Lipid profile had every value in low risk/normal range except Triglycerides 154 mg/dL, HDL 33 mg/dL and very low density lipoprotein 30.8 mg/dL values. I read somewhere that this symptom can be of PAD so that has me worried. Also, her diastolic BP I have noticed recently stays below 70 nowadays, like 69, 64, 61 & one day it was 56 (she has hypertension, takes Asomex 2.5 morning & Repace 50 night). Should I get ECG/ECHO done?

My beats are above 95 to 105 in the afternoon.but morning time below 80 and night time also below 80,please help me which tests need to perform to resolve this issue.

Sir my age is 35 years i am sports person i have problem of miss beat man sub test kar liya hu echo tmt 3 stage tmt sub report is normal , i need dr. written by etizola beta 0.25 I take it once a day yesterday I checked my pulse it was 57 at bedtime and in the morning after brushing I checked it was 58 I took the medicine at 4 in the afternoon is my heart rate normal
