Hi, I feel chest pain in regular basis and left hand also paining, chest x ray also done.I consulted the physician he said the reports was normal and said that pain due to gastric problem I feel the pain when ever I touch and morning weakup and i suffering full day i done tmt also I upload the report please check and please tell what is the reason for pain in regular basis.

I don't understand whats wrong with my body. I am worrying about doing something extra. Attached my current ECG and Hotter How long TMT and other test are valid, does report can be change in short time?

I have had almost every possible tests. TMT in March 2020 - Normal Stress Echocardiography in Oct 2021 - Normal CT Angio in Jan 2022 - Normal TMT again in September 2022 - Negative CAG in January 2023 - Normal with mid myocardial bridge Numerous Echos with normal EF of 60% But I keep on suffering from classic left chest pains which mimics angina type symptoms and rapid heartbeats. For that I usually take metoprolol. The episodes start from rapid heartbeat and then pain starts radiating on left chest sometimes on left shoulder. I'm so distressed. What else I should. Is this myocardial bridge causing symptoms for last 2-3 years which is landing me to ER almost every month ? Or is it non cardiac. My CT angio and CAG reports are attached. Why my CT angio didn't show myocardial bridging ?

Taking Telmikind 40+Cilacar 10 for hypertension. BP since a week is 135/105, 140/110 and having pulsating headache and dizziness. Consulted a nearby physician who suggested to take either NEWTEL  AMH ( Telmi+Amlo+Hctz) or TELMIKIND TRIO ( Telmi+Cilnidipine+ Chlorthalidone 6.25 ) for two weeks recheck BP. Which would be a better choice?
