Heart Problems & Remedies

Hi, I'm a 20 year old male, ever since my first panic attack 3 years back, I've started to feel my pulse all over my body and my body shakes on every beat of pulse which makes me uncomfortable. My usual bp is around 130/60. Ever since the incident, my Diastolic bp has always been low, even if my Systolic is in normal range. My body parts have also started to get numb quickly ever since that incident. This constant feeling of heavy beating of my heart always disturbs me a lot and makes me depressed. I want my life to get normal. Kindly help me and guide me on how to keep my diastolic bp normal, like it used to be. I take multivitamin and magnesium supplement s also... For better heart and overall health. I have tried many things but nothing helps. I want to know if there is any remedy that can calm my blood vessels to normal so i dont feel my pulse without any adverse side effects.

Dear Sir I have done the ECG as a part of health check up from my company. The ECG report says left axis deviation. Is it to worry or take necessary precautionary measures. Kindly advise.

Hello doctor, i have been suffering from cardiophobia for 3 months. My blood pressure ranges from 130/80 to 150/90. I am taking sartel beta 25 for bp. I have gone through several investigations which are as follows 1. Ecg: 15 times in which 7times it was normal. 5 times normal with sinus tachycardia.2 times slight st sagging, 1 time slight t wave flattening. 2. Echocardiogram normal with LVEF 61% 3 CT coronary angio normal with left dominance and zero calcium score. 4. CBC: normal with Hb 13.8 5 CRP: 2.05 mg/l 6. Lipid profile: normal range 7. Thyroid: normal range 8. HbA1c : 5.5 9. Fasting SUGAR: 88mg\dl 10. B12: 152 pg/ml I feel chest pressure and numbness around the left side regularly. Then i get panic and go to a doctor and he says everything is fine. But i strongly believe i might have something fishy in my heart which is not yet been investigated. Please suggest something. I am not able to focus in my life. I hope this fobia wont lead to heart disease. Tx and plz reply.

Feeling slightly discomfort in left chest and normal left arm pain from last one year and from last 3 months feeling slightly unsteadiness without vertigo

May I know the  normal number of skipped heart beats per day. Is there any treatment to reduce the skipped heart beats.

I have been suffering from back pain since 2015. I have done MRI which shows disc dessication and mild posterior disc Bulge at D7-D8 level. Now since last year I am suffering from chest pain. Hence I have done ECG on 13 June 2023. Please interpret my report and tell me wheather my heart is in good condition or not.
