My ecg Echo and tmt and holter are normal Still hve chest discomfort and slight pressures on very top of chest just below shoulder How to make sure its not Angina?? Any cardio doc available?

Hello Sir/Madam, i had Angioplasty done one year back. And taking medicine related to it. My BP is normal during all time except during 5_7pm,during this time  if i move around then I feel that BP is rising, need to take rest etc. Kindly guide for the reason behind this and remedy on this

Hi, Today I have tested thyroid and electrolyte and CBC test,here i am attaching the report, I am facing my heart rate is above 100 some times when roam outside,it will not decrease to below 85.if i stay in home my heart beat is below 80 to 85 and the standing position is 90 to 105. Please check reports and confirm due to thyroid heart beat increases or not as per the reports.

What are the chances of heart attack or heart abnormalities with normal recent 2D Echo with EF 61% and normal coronary angiography which was done 5 months back. I have had dizzy spells and chest tightness for a week which ended up in ER but my ECG and trop I levels were normal.
