Feeling discomfort in chest

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Hi Doctor, I am feeling discomfort in the left side chest area so went for doctor checkup and doctor suggested me the ecg and it was abnormal so he suggested me the echo and it came out normal and he suggested me the gastric tablets but I am feeling the discomfort even after using the medicine should I need to worry about that I am attaching the report. Thank you.

ECG finding is Not much significant for the pain . Watch for black out or giddiness. This will not cause chest discomfort. Take antacids and avoid tea coffee spicy food and anxiety
