Doctor prescribed cipla la 20 mg tablet because my heart is racing fast and I have no BP problem so is my condition is worse

Dear Sir Please check my ECG attached. Actually I have white coat hypertension right from my childhood so whenever I go in a medical setting my heart rate increases. Otherwise normally my heart rate stays below 70. I follow a very active lifestyle as I do brisk walk n slight jogging everyday for 45 minutes. My BP is also high in medical setting to 150/80 always but at home it's stays below 120/80. Please advise

I went to a sonography centre for ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY where my 2 D ECHO was done by a Radiologist(M.B.B.S., D.M.R.D., M.I.R.I.A.) Can a radiologist do a 2D ECHO?? Please advise.
