Hii Dr feeling heavyness in left shoulder body shaking anxiety and restlessness due to this I am unable to live my life in present all time fear about heart attack kindly suggest something as I done below test which is normal Ecg twice-normal Thyroid-normal Urine test-normal Blood sugar normal Cbc-normal

Last week my blood pressure was 160/100 doc prescribed me tab amlovas 5 at morning ,Concor 5 and lipagyln at night.... today my BP is 130/90 My ecg shows sinus rhythm , LvH criteria noted and rsr pattern in v1.. is there any serious issue with my heart Attached my ecg report. Can someone have an irregular heartbeat even when the heart beat is 85. ( no tachycardia) I checked my BP. Reading was 121/72 but pulse meter blinking irregular heartbeat even though it is 85. What are these kinds of irregular heartbeats? Are they dangerous

I have been feeling strong pulse in many parts including neck hands stomach etc. and having pounding heart beat every day night. I couldn't sleep because of this. I have IRBBB, ST T wave abnormality in ECG IN 2D echo normal MVP with trivial regurgitation TMT was normal BP - 130/80 Cholesterol with in limits Doctor suggested no cardiac intervention required and said it's because of anxiety but these symptoms aren't going away and I feel them every day strongly during night and can't sleep for the last 1 year. Is there any other diagnosis for this? How to get rid of these symptoms? Attaching the ECG as well. Please help me understand the abnormalities in ECG.

I am really scared of many youngsters losing their life due to heart attack, my family has a history of heart disease ,like my great grandfather, grandfather, although my parents are very healthy and responsible regarding their health . But I want to keep myself healthy throughout my whole life without any heart and diabetes problems I already left sugar 2 years back as I was trying to make my skin good and it was causing severe acne What else can I do to have a healthy body throughout the whole life and what else should I do apart from exercise

What is the heart rate in ventricular tachycardia and Ventricular fibrillation? I have heard it can reach over 150-200 ?

I played table tennis for 20-25 mins and after that my heart beat remains in the bracket of 100-120 for couple of hours. Is it normal? I don't workout at all and it is after 2-3 years I played a sport. Now My HR is normalised it's 70-75
