I have marfanoid habitus mvp mild mr my aorta us normal but is there a chance to affect my aorta or it will be no cause for aorta and I have mild MVP so for marfanoid patients the MVP will become severe or it will stay same

Hello sir/ma'am I'm having chest pains like tightening heavyness sometimes burning sensation in left chest and middle part feels like scratching and it pain while i move that part I've done 2D echo in January 2023 and renal droppler in may 2023 and 3 ecg 2 months ago and HbA1c a week ago, all reports are normal and sometimes my legs and both arms pains and headaches. I'm very much scared about chest pain think about it 24/7. Please tell me about it.

I have MVP with mild mr and doctor prescribed cipla la 20 mg for heart palpitations (irregular heartbeat) for 2 weeks and after today consultation doctor tell me that use cipla only your heart beating fast is it ok to stop cipla and eat only while heart beating fast

Previously my father had been diagnosed with high triglycerides and high LDL,doctor suggested me to use "Rosuvas F5"My father used for Rosuvas F5 for 90 days then he stopped tablet after got good cholesterol and lower LDL 1 week before Doctor suggested to use "Atorvaststin" with clopidogrel after my father triglycerides Increases 1) which is best combination(Clopidogrel+Atorvaststin F) or (clopidogrel + Rosuvastatin F5) Which is best combination to use for long time generally? Please clarify sir/madam

What is the heart rate range of sinus tachycardia? Can it go over 150 or is it just around 110-120 ?

I have taken ECG latest, please check my ECG and suggest me if needed any tests.i have taken 2d echo 2 weeks back , it is normal today I took ECG it shows border line,I am feeling very tensed after getting ECG.my pulse average is 80 to 90, but BP average is 130 to 150

I have a problem of rapid heartbeats for which I take concor 5 mg it usually stays 70-80 but when I get a rapid heartbeat episode it goes around 150-160 and whenever I went to ER the heart reduces to 120-130 they always say sinus tachycardia in my ECG. But recently a doctor said sinus tachycardia is only around 110-120 and HR of 150-160 may be PSVT. Can't a sinus tachycardia be around 150-160 and if this is PSVT whether is it life threatening?

My age 33 Weight 65 Height 5'7 Total Cholesterol 178 LDL 125 HDL 35 Tygliceride 110 Blood pressure 120/80 Fasting sugar 88 Should I take medicine? Is it alarming? Please give me any suggestion .
