Good evening! Today they've performed 2D echo which shows I A S is bulged towards Right atrium and ECG shows Sinus Tachycardia , And I didn't had stroke earlier. Can anyone please help me with this!

Chest pain with normal reports

Hi doctors in the past six months I took 2 tmt 2 echo and nearly 10 ecg's all came out normal. But for the past 10 days whenever I'm sad Or depressed I'm having pain or tightness in left side of chest. Is it normal. I'm really scared about this. Last tmt and echo were taken a week back.
