Hello Doctor, My father is having High BP and Type 2 diabetes. He also got angioplasty done last year. Now his total cholesterol is under control but HDL is 37 and Triglycerides is 162. Please suggest what can we do to increase HDL levels.

My mother is feeling chest pain for the past 30min we thougt that it was because of the gas problem but the pain is not going away please suggest any urgent treatment

Need quick check on blood report abnormality as per healthians Triglycerides is 217 [ reduced from 383 in 2021 feb) Cholesterol at 220 LDL 145 CRP 6.1 HsCRP 5.1 B12 1561 Homocysteine 16.34 Immunoglobin 232 Normal are CBC , Liver, Thyroid, Kidney , Sugar , no Diabetes, bp 130(ranges from 110 to 130) by 80 Worried about heart related issue However I had done ecg , 2d echo , ct calcium scan (report showed 0) , troponin in last couple of months  ..all were Normal Pls suggest

My HsCRP is 4.58 and my ldl cholesterol is 130 and total cholesterol is 196 and hdl 46. What should I do. Is it serious problem or not. And how to treat it .

Attached ECG is my mother's, she is having dizziness from last one week and today her BP was 150, she has been having Asthama for many years and her ECG is showing abnormality, is this something serious.

From past 2 weeks i had acidity having burning in middle of the chest and pain in left arm and jawline feeling like toothache. I had treatment and felt better but still i am having pain in the lower left chest and the pain radiating from left arm shoulder in jaw through neck Doctor asked me to have an ecg and 2d echo. Ecg came out normal and 2d echo everything is normal expect my valves is MILD TR and MILD MR. Please let me know whats goin on i am still having pinch like pain in middle of chest and pain in left shoulder, neck and jawline, I am also having wet burping after i eat and feels like something stuck in my throat.
