Today I pulled a filled gas cylinder for almost 20 feet in the morning and since then I'm feeling on and off left chest pain and sometimes rapid heartbeat and sleepiness. Can it be a heart attack? I have had coronary angiogram 5 months ago it said normal coronaries. But these symptoms especially rapid heartbeat keeps on coming every alternate day and today this time when pulled a cylinder. It's almost 12 hours. I have had CAG, CTCA before which were normal.

Have resting pulse around 90s which on standing up reaches 130s with alot of palpitations and then suddenly in 3 seconds it drops down to 60s and suddenly comes back to 110 within 3 seconds. Ecg, tmt, echo normal. What could be the reason for the sudden drop of the pulse? Kindly help

Can Holter monitor detect previous heart attack or does it only tell about the heart beats ?

For the past 4 days my uncle is feeling pain during breathing, and normally during any hard work . He went to a cardiologist and he  did an ECG and advised him for  Angiography . Everything was so sudden . I ATTACHED THE PHOTO OF ECG . KINDLY PLEASE INTERPRET THE ECG .

Pls confirm the below report is there any problem . Kindly suggest. I thought this report is not good.

Postural tachycardia I suspect I had tilt table test today my heart rate was increasing on tilt table from supine to standing by 30 to 40 beats and was fluctuating between 110 to 130 140 and my resting heart rate was fluctuating between 90 to 105 but techician considered it as normal and said ur report is negative as my bp was not decreasing and he said my heart beat is fluctuating and I didn’t faint so he didn’t supsect any orthostatic hypotension what is ur advise on it sir ?

Hello doc My frnd has normal ecg echo and tmt But during sleep time He feels heart beat in waist neck The heart rate when we chexk is normal What can we do in this case

I have had chest pains and heartbeats on and off every alternate day these days after extertion giving every feeling of Angina. Due to this I have been to ER multiple only to be told that I have sinus tachycardia in ECG and no Elevated cardiac enzymes.I had coronary angiography 5 months back which was normal I was only told that I have mid myocardial bridge in LAD which is not serious. Before that I have Stress Echo in 2021 and TMT in September 2022 which were negative for CAD. Multiple Echos and Recent in holter I have been again told sinus tachycardia even though my heart beat shoots to 165 in that. I am very anxious and fed up these chest pains, heartbeats and dizziness. Am I candidate of SCA ? Or these symptoms are not heart related? I was told since my TMT is negative so I won't be relived from Deroofing surgery.
