Hello Doctor , can you please help to understand the condition... attached the ECG report ... Is it serious issue with this report?

I am suffering in pain in my left shoulder blade and back of neck, feel this pain while stretching the neck, pain is minimum when lie down only feels while moving neck, pain increases when active or walk or eat somting in below, also radiate to left arm dull pain. Met 2-3 physician and cardiologist, done all heart test eco, TMT and ECG, all are normal as told by cardiologists. Then met an orthopaedic he get an x ray showing early spondylolysis and trepezitis. Got physio and IFT but no improvement in pain, taken all MR tablets from last one and half month no improvement. Having diabetes from last two year On BP medicine from last 5 years Always feel anxious now physician sain to meet psychiatrist Kindly suggest

Sir, I am taking blood pressure medicine since ten years. Currently, taking ARBITEL AM(Telmisartan/Amlodipine-40/5). Last year my lipid report was( LDL-125, Total Cholestrol-190, Triglycerides-201) and my doctor prescribed Orvas 10 and taken 3 month. Now, my lipid report comes(Total cholestrol-180, LDL-105, Triglycerides-197, HDL-36). Kindly suggest me whether ORVAS 10 is mandatory for me and again it should start or not. I am vegetarian and also doing regular walk. Thanks.

Hello I have pain in my chin area and my chest has pain at center and when i breath it goes away Ecg ECHO TMT is normal Can anyone advice I just did an ecg and it came normal Any response will be appreciated

My father had Trop T test in June the value came under 5 and today also my father had Trop T due to chest pain the value come as 7.97 both the time it is under normal range. But why fluctuation in reading ? Also the chest started early morning around 4 am and Trop was done after 10 hours at 2 PM. So whether the trop T can still increase or it might have reached its peak ? Along With Trop T CK mb was done which was normal too.

Last month I got heart attack , Dr did angioplasty and stent placed in, prescribed medicines such as aztor 40 mg, tab. Bisoprolol 5 mg etc with other medicine, Now I am suffering from diarrhes and insomnia from last one month . Can I take Rosuvastatin 40 mg and Metoprolol succinate 25 mg in place of above prescribed medicine

What is bisropolol equivalent to metoprolol SR ? I used to take metoprolol 50 now I am put on concor 5 mg

2 years ago I didi conventional angiography which came normal .Still suffering from chest pain sometimes but from last few days mh left hand started paining. I am taking medicine on  hypertension and type 2 diabetes . Plz interprete ecg report. IS it normal?

My husband was prescribed Alprazolam 0.25mg by his cardiologist but this medicine is not available at our locality. Please advise what alternate medicine can be given which has the same ingredients as Alprazolam 0.25?
