I am having pain in chain low intensity and chest pain in center that comes and goes And increase when I breathe which is also minor My ECG TMT ECHO IS NORMAL should i go for angiography??

Last month I got heart attack , Dr did angioplasty and stent placed in, prescribed medicines such as aztor 40 mg, tab. Bisoprolol 5 mg etc with other medicine, Now I am suffering from diarrhes and insomnia from last one month . Can I take Rosuvastatin 40 mg and Metoprolol succinate 25 mg in place of above prescribed medicine

What is bisropolol equivalent to metoprolol SR ? I used to take metoprolol 50 now I am put on concor 5 mg

2 years ago I didi conventional angiography which came normal .Still suffering from chest pain sometimes but from last few days mh left hand started paining. I am taking medicine on  hypertension and type 2 diabetes . Plz interprete ecg report. IS it normal?

My husband was prescribed Alprazolam 0.25mg by his cardiologist but this medicine is not available at our locality. Please advise what alternate medicine can be given which has the same ingredients as Alprazolam 0.25?

My friend climbed hill for 3 to 4 days continuously . She felt shortness of breath sometimes and now feeling deep pains in left side of chest when moving neck to left side. She was identified with Mild PAH last year but stress test was negative. Can these be cardiac pains? Please advise

Dear Sir, I measure BP through Omron BP Monitor at home. I measure BP at different times of the day like morning, Noon, Evening and late night  I strictly follow the protocol advised by AHA for measuring home BP i.e. legs uncrossed, BP Table at heart level, cuff wrapped on bare arm without any clothing etc. I have been doing home BP monitor from more then a year and the readings were well below 120/80 level. See the Attached image of my BP notings. I can't attach them all because of the limitations in attaching the files so only attaching few images. Please check. Though my BP at home in at normal levels below 120/80 but at doctors office it rises to140- 150/70. Why is it so? Do i have high BP? Please advise.

My mother diabetic recently went through angioplasty and stent for heart(6days back). After that she is experiencing sleeplessness at nights. Breathing, bp normal.Only she is not able to sleep. What might be the reason and what needs to be done? Please suggest.what are precautions need to be taken?

Sir, Taking BP medicine regularly, Cilacar 10+Concor 2.5. Last one week BP is 140/110 ( Checked at clinic ). I have mild headache and occational fast heart beats. An echocardiogram taken two years back attached . Any problem , systolic bp always below 150 only.

My mother age 52,diabetic, undergone heart stenting (mid lad has 90% stenosis)(EF -48%)on 15th(5days back)of this month after that she have good sleep , 2 days back we bought tablets in that the medical shop guy given one tablet with different company(monit gtn 2.6 by intas company but doctor suggested company is nitroglycerin).
