Heart Problems & Remedies

I have been suffering from back pain since 2015. I have done MRI which shows disc dessication and mild posterior disc Bulge at D7-D8 level. Now since last year I am suffering from chest pain. Hence I have done ECG on 13 June 2023. Please interpret my report and tell me wheather my heart is in good condition or not.

SIR I HAVE DONE MY ECG REWIEW WITH TWO PHYSICIAN ONE DOCTOR ASKED IT IS NORMAL BUT ANOTHER DOCTOR ASKED SLIGHT ST T CHANGED AND LVH SO PLEASE RECHECK MY ECG AND SUGGEST ME ANY CHANGES ARE THERE???ECG ATTACHED

SIR PLEASE SUGGEST ME MY ECG ECHO TMT NORMAL BEFORE 3 MONTHS BUT STILL CHEST PAIN OCCURRED SOMETIMES SO ANY CHANCE OF CARDIOMYOPATHY BUILDUP IN 3 MONTHS???HOW LONG TIME TAKES TO BUILDUP CARDIOMYOPATHY ???PLEASE ANSWER SIR

My heart beats i can hear and also feel the it soo hars that my whole body can feel the sensation When i check my heart rate and pulse rate its 60-75 Not more than that Can any Cardiology please advice if I need any testing My echo and tmt are normal My holter report has highest heart beat at sleep 157(it was when i was sleeping but after few hours it came down when i am sleeping to 47 beats per min while i was sleeping . I am worried

I experience shortness of breath when sleeping, so my doctor advised for ECG results are attached I have diagnosed diabetes today of RBS =180 Habc1=8.0 Heart BPM =96 Spo2 =96%

I undergo ECG today because of shortness of breath when sleeping I have 180 blood sugar rbs My doctor said ECG is ok But why I am facing breathing stop when falling asleep ECG is normal My heart rate 96BPM Spo2 96%

Can we do CT angiography for heart without using contrast dye ? If not what other tests are available to see heart blockage for kidney patients?
