Heart Problems & Remedies

My total cholesterol stays over 350 for past 12-13 years and LDL 280-300. Triglycerides are high as well. I eat outside food only once in a week and I do weight training 5-6 days a week. I don't eat egg yolks and avoid high fat dairy as well. My weight is just 60 kg and height is 5.7 I am still not able to reduce my cholesterol levels. Please advise.

Hi Doctor, My father, age 67, had underwent the angiogram 10 days ago. It is identified 3 blockages in the heart . He is having diabetes . Coming monday doctor is ready to do surgery. Is it fine to do surgery on coming monday? Is it recommended to proceed to surgery as angiogram was done recently? Please suggest. Thank you so much.

I had two Trop Ts in ER one in June which comes 4.69 and one today which was 7.97. Both were told normal. Does the different readings make any significance ? Secondly I have chest pain in the morning in sleep at around 4 am but my Trop 'T was conducted 10 hours later at 2 pm. So Trop T should have peaked by that time or it could go further more ? I have heart Trop T levels are elevated 12 hours after heart attack

Dear Doctors, I have chest pain from last four month. Today I have undergone CT Coronary Angiography. In Report It is mentioned that "Thin streak of contrast seen extending from the left atrium to right atrium, posterior to sinus of valsalva" What is the meaning of this? Does it is the cause of my chest pain? Is it serious or do I need to undergo surgery? Please clarify this. I have attached my CT CAG report please find. Thanking you.
