Ecg attached due to chest discomfort
Dear Doctor, While sleeping around 2am my heart rate spike to 120+ and came back to normal. I felt sense of it in all part of body. Does it is life threatening ??? Why this is happening?? Gastritis or Acidity cause it?? Pls explain in details Ecg, echo, tmt, TEE done in april 2023 normal CT scan calcium score - Zero (No angio) Ecg attached

ECG is normal. Yes it can cause high heart rate due to anxiety
