Chest pain while sleeping
When I'm trying to sleep I feel chest pain that wakes me up from sleep and with rapid heart beat. It is happening from last 3-4 days. I find chest discomfort while taking stairs too. My weight is 100 kg. I am taking met XL and telmisartan for my BP. My recent Stress Echocardiogram and CT angiogram comes normal. And last 2 ECGs are attached for your reference. I have been told that these are not cardiac pain but then why do they feel like angina?

Every chest pain is not heart related. There are many causes of chest pain other than angina such as muscular pain, gastric pain, skeletal pain, neuropathic pain, oesophagitis, pleuritic pain, spondylosis related pain, functional pain etc. Since your stress echo and CT ANGIOGRAPHY are normal you have already ruled out heart related cause. Please consult a physician for evaluation of non cardiac Chest pain
