Heart palpitations when laying for sleep
I feel heart Palpitations only at night while laying for sleeping. I can feel it through my neck and head also. I had an ECG and Chest X-Ray, both results come normal. I am worried about me. Kindly help me out. Thanks in advance.

It is anxiety related symptoms...not heart related..do some meditation and pranayama... hobbies.. exercise...it will help

Hello,
These symptoms are not heart related. Looks like anxiety related. Do regular exercise and meditation. If it doesn’t go away then consult online
