Sometimes i just have mild pain in left shoulder and left chest. But it goes away after few minutes. I have done ecg but report came normal. So should i do ct scan of heart ? Pls suggest.

ECG will detect the changes due to blocks if it's significant. It will not tell about no or location of blocks. Get a Echocardiogram and TMT for cardiac evaluation post covid.
