My ecg was normal...but I still get chest pain..I don't know whether it's palpitation or something else..my bpm is 64..

I'm 23 year's old and taking telday 40 last 9 days..my doctors prescribed hypertension medicine. talking long time hypertension tablet affect on kidney?? This time my bp-123/73 it's normal?

Dear Sir, Today I done a ECG , at the time of ECG I have a more anxiety due to that my heart rate is 112. Please check ECG normal or not??

My father is taking olmezest 10 for BP past 8 months before that he was taking cardace 2.5 since last 2 months his BP is coming low Sometimes its 110/70, 120/80, 100/60 What should I do, we have carried all tests like ecg, thyroid all are normal. Please advice

Having sometime pinching pain in upper left chest.suffering from Gerd since 2022 .done ecg echo which is normal. Cholesterol is normal. No thyroid. No sugar,no fatty liver,reports are normal. Hemoglobin is low.vitamin b12 is bit low not much.creatnine is 1.02 surviving with single kidney since 2009.taking rabium Plus empty stomach in morning. Metpure xl 12.5 and librax at night.bp is controlled. Not having oily or spicy or junk or milk products red meat No citrus fruit No dry fruits. Why do I have this pinching pain.

I have had my ECHO very recently with mild PAH and Mild TR. I haven't had breathlessness symptoms before 2-3 days and out of blue it got started and I have started using Salmetrol inhaler but it doesn't correct breathlessness as such. Most of the time breathlessness feels when I am lying on bed trying to sleep and couldn't sleep. I have had my NT pro BNP test October 2022 it came 262 but at that time cardiologist said it's not significant. So how this breathlessness arrived out of blue is it Congestive heart failure or deteriorating PAH ? I have my Spirometery and X ray yesterday which were normal.

I'm 23 years old and i taking telday 40 last 8 days..but my pressure always 130/80 or 125/85..can it dengerous..can I running or skiping?

I have pain in below shoulder blade only when I arch my hands backward.the pain is past 1 week .ialso have 2 yrs old son whom I used usually carry on left hand first i used to get cramps also but cramps subsided in 2-3days only it pain when arch my hand back or else no pain is it related anything to heart problem?plz help
