My Ldl cholesterol is 158 Non hdl is 161 I believe there's plague in my arteries. On some areas, veins have turned slightly black. I'm limiting my fat and sugar intake but recovery is very little. I also don't smoke.

Hlo mam/sir...Today felt anxious n bit chest discomfort due to some work stress. Went for ecg.. nurse said ecg showing blockages since u r stressed. Told me to relax n again took ecg which she said is normal. But As far as I know blockages and ECG will remain irrespective of stress or not. So please have a look at the Ecg. Dear doctor , my husband is a covid worrier, after covid he started getting chest pain (34 years old) so we went to Manipal an took all test ,ECG,Echo,TMT , all came normal an cardiologist said everything is normal an gave him acidity tablets .

My uncle get chest heaviness and lightheadache while walking fast.his BP is 130/75(no medication he is using for bp till now) he has done ECG and after that ECHO.. I have attached the report... Now my question is dr. Given medicines before echo and ecg . so can you tell me does this medicines he have to take or not. I have a normal bp 120/82 or vary upto 132/87 sometimes but the pulse is sometimes 52, 55, 56,59 at rest. Is this pulse rate normal? On doing activity it increases but as soon as I sit, it went down to the range of 50-60. Sometimes at night whem my sleep is disturbed, the pulse usually is around 55, does that count for my sleep disturbance too?

Getting mild chest pain in left side . Have done 2 D echo and TMT 3 times in last one year,all reports are normal and TMT is negative with mets 9  and 10.2 .I am BP patient taking lisinopril and amlodipine. Should I go for CT angiography to rule out heart problems?

My mother has Aortic Valve replacement heart surgery in 2016, from last 2 days she has cough. Which medicine is safe for her? Can she take levocetirizine or Sinarest for cough?

I have started exercising today after 2years of inactive lifestyle. Today morning I did push ups then instantly started running then I feel chest pain and just for 1-2mins then it's never come again also I didn't experience these in past. I was exosted that time and out of breath that makes it even worse , Do you think it's angina , I did exercise for 1week in 2months before and did high intensity workout and feel out of breath but I never feel chest pain before. Should I wait for it to happen again because I'll do exercise everyday from now If I feel same in the future then I should consider going to hospital or I should go today. Because I can't define the pain at that time I was exosted and out of breath and also it's happens for only 1-2mins but it's feel like deep pain or surface pain but I was exosted that's why it's feels like deep pain I don't know.
