  4. Pulsating like feeling. Or muscles?

Pulsating like feeling
Sometimes I have pulsating like feeling in leg or back or arm but I don't feel my heart racing or something. Heart rate feels like normal when I feel these sensations. It goes away within seconds. Is it related to cardiac or muscles?
