Vibration of what. Joint, muscle or something else. If you are confusing palpitations with vibration then it’s different. We can have the sense of heart beating in silence which can be normal at times. Myasthenia symptoms aggravate more toward the end of the day. Is your diagnosis confirmed??? If it is so then check for your thymus gland too by doing a CT thorax.
