Regarding palpitations
Am mother of two kids Breastfeeding a younger one. Am physically good. Recently after my ENT surgery I tend to spit lot of mucus n I have migraine headaches other than this I don't have any issues.. For past one month often am getting palpitations. Feel like my heart is beating very fastly. Whenever I get this feeling feverish internally. After these feeling nervous n chills. During this I checked my oximeter It is showing Spo is 99 all the time and other one is changing from 80 to 95. Pls help me what I can do to reduce my palpitations. Please
