Can you please check the Ecg ? Mentioned borderline normal- prolonged qtc- t wave abnormalities. Is the QTC wrong? Never had this issue in any previous ecg

My wife has anxiety yesterday night and so she developed chest heavyness, palpitation, dry mouth. We went trauma centre yesterday and done ECG. There are slight changes in ECG. Troponin was normal. Then clonazepam given and she feels normal after few hours. ECG repeated morning OPD. Both ECG attached 1st image: yesterday night ECG 2nd image : morning ECG Do we need to worry about ECG Do we need to do immiddiate echo or no need to do echo sir ? Thank you sir Regards

I was an smoker for 4 straight years (7-8 cigarettes per day, Smoked Marijuana too ) and now I'm on my smoking cessation since 2 years because of having palpitations when i was smoking, these days I'm having chest pain along with shortness of breath I've done my HRCT Chest, 10-15 Ecg's, 2d echo, & TMT which all came back normal, Am i at risk of developing heart disease even though I've stopped smoking since 2 years Blood pressure levels are 120-130 / 80-90 LDL 133 Non HDL 155 HDL 36 Total Cholesterol 192 Please help

23rd march 2023 Cholestrol - Total : 214 Cholesterol LDL (Calculated) : 130 Cholesterol - HDL : 53 Triglycerides : 154 Today 13-May 2023 Cholestrol - Total : 268 Cholesterol LDL (Calculated) : 172 Cholesterol - HDL : 54 Triglycerides : 209 Im bit worrying about the spike in short span.What would be the reason.

Hi Dr, My mother had her bypass surgery 2 years back. Recently she gets episode of dizziness and her stomach is often not fine, with episodes of sour burps and Loose motions. Whenever she has dizziness her BP is always high at 155/93. Are these all the complications of surgery ? Her BP spike occurs suddenly

Respected sir, My wife have chest discomfort and dry mouth due to anxiety because of family issue. So we went trauma of gov hospital and done ECG...there are changes in ECG . Troponin is normal. Clonazepam 0.5 mg stat tab given After clonazepam she feels better and normal. Do we need to worry about ECG changes? Is this cardiac related changes or anxiety induced sir? Do we need to do further any test as there is changes in ECG. Thank you sir for help Regards

From 3 days iam having left arm pain on and off which is radiating to wrist and hand what does this mean...

Hi I felt like a sudden catch twice in the interval of 20 mins in my right side of the chest. I feeing fine now but a get worried when I think about it. My sugar is normal ( tested last in the month of March ) TMT test came normal ( tested last in the month of July 22) Cholesterol all levels are normal only LDL is 170 ( test done last week) Pls advice on this.
