Heart Problems & Remedies

Hi doctor I get repeated palpitations for last 8 months so I took complete blood test, stool test, Echo, ECG and finally Holter. PFA for Holter results for your opinion. Doctor checked all my reports and said everything is normal. My concern is repeated palpitations when I wakeup in the morning and anything I eat after 10 mints, i get discomfort in my stomach and l get palpitations. I can see palpitations in my stomach still  when I sleep. I see myself became thin as I am not able to eat spicy foods nor junk foods and oily food. Earlier I was 75 kg after 3 months i have reduced to 64 kg due to diet. So this has reduced my weight. seeing this i took all the tests reports. Now question is as doctor said all my blood tests are normal no need to go for ultrasound scan. Should I do it? What is the cause of this palpitations. Because of this i get negative thoughts. Even took endoscopy which came as Pangastristis. Please advise. or is it abdominal aortic aneurysm problem?

I had my 2D echo a month back which showed mild PAH 31 mm hg. But I never had symptoms until yesterday that I am feeling breathless and a bit dizzy. I am checking my SPO2 level it's coming 97-98. I had my chest x ray. It was normal. And all this breathlessness symptoms started yesterday morning only. Is my PAH deteriorating ? I also had my IGE allergy test. It came as 330. I am a patient of rapid heartbeats and hypertension for which I take metoprolol and olimsartan. I had my spirometery test today as well it came normal

Past two years I have frequent episodes of left chest pain or tightness or skipping beats. Did several TMT and echo, ecg and CT angiogram also did. Which was normal. Reports attached. Today I had discomfort and frequent sweating. I did ecg, echo and TroponinT My troponin value 18,2 is means I had heart attack or will have. My CT angio taken before 2month was normal with CT SCORE -0 I am worried too much on troponin values

My mother in law suffering from Dizziness if she make any position change or try to walk, this is happening first in her life...  Her BP dropped to very low 2 days ago and this problem started immediately. Is the attachment prescription good treatment? Is safe to take Vertin 24 mg + Spinfree tab both at same time in treatment??? I surveyed both are different formula for same problem.. pls suggest what to do?

Dear sir my ECG ECO TMT normal.. but I seen flat T waves in AVL.. sir if everything is normal then why T waves flat in AVL ??

I am 30yr old male, having sedentary job profile. Currently on Hypothyroid medication 100mcg which is under control. Past 1 year - 4 Echo - Normal, 2 TMT - Negative, Trop i, ckmb, nt pro bnp - Normal, Holter Summary (72hrs) - Attached, Ecg done - Attached I wake up at night sudden with gap of 15days. Last night having tingling on face and leg & mouth dry. Some chest discomfort in center like something is trapped or holding After waking whenever i try to sleep i wake up with some moving sensation in body. Not able to sleep 2-3hrs. Is it something related to heart that is not getting catch in reports? Can you pls tell why is it happening briefly. Is it something to be worry of? It happens in night as i go to bed. I feel it in afternoon sometimes when i go to sleep. I am in sleep but not having proper sleep bcoz of something happening in chest.

My ECG ECO and TMT normal.. Lipid profile normal. Bus I saw flat T waves in AVL..what is this.. if everything is normal then why flat T waves in AVL

I have chest pain sometimes in left or right, chest tightness, upper back pain in left side  sometimes in right side, i also feel fullness in stomach after eating or drinking water, these symptoms suddenly appears and disappears. ECG TMT normal, should I go for ultrasound or echo and CT angiography

Good evening Dr, I recently went through ecg, but they didn't give me report but said there is Q wave 3 abnormality it's mild and to come back after a month. I was taking amlong 5 mg for 2 years because I had 160/120 bp.. But now Dr changed to telvas 20.. I am overweight ie 115 kg, was 121 but reduced and am working on myself.. I suffer from depression because of abusive marriage, my husband yells and screams at me not only home but now outside too.. so I am in depression.. I worry about my health as I have young kids.. please give me tips to live 🙏

ECG is normal.. but flat T waves in AVL why ?? My ECO TMT also normal.. lipid profile also normal.. but pain sometimes
