Hello , i excercised after 33 days. I was running in my treadmill I was increasing speed from 6 to 8. And vice versa.At 12-14 minutes which is 3 minutes I increased my intensity and ran at speed 8. My left chest started to pain. Still i continued. The pain was sharp and was there. I stopped and pain was gone after few minutes. I am from nepal can't do online transactions. Give me suggestion Is it muscle pain Or attack symptom or do I continue excercing or not?

Can someone have heart attack with normal levels of Troponin T and CPK MB ?

Hello, I am a 30-year-old male and recently received my lipid profile results. I would like to seek your opinion on the values. My HDL level is 26 mg/dL LDL is 84 mg/dL total cholesterol is 153 mg/dL triglycerides are 127 mg/dL, TC/HDL cholesterol ratio is 5.1 trig/HDL ratio is 4.83 LDL/HDL ratio is 3.2, HDL/LDL ratio is 0.31 LDL cholesterol is 25.48 mg/dL Tsh value is 5.96 Could you please review these results and let me know if they are within a healthy range for my age and gender, or if there are any concerns I should be aware of? I am having pain all over around my chest, arms and upper back for past few weeks. The pain majorly resides in left side of the chest and arms but this pain goes away in moments and comes back later either on the same day or another day. Some days the pain stretches to my neck, jaw and even head And some days the pain feels more like pinching around the chest for a few moments and then it gets all well. I am not sure whether this pain is related to muscles, bones, lungs or heart. Please help me clarify and cure this problem. Sudden pain makes me stop my regular activity and brings slight anxiety which makes things works Also, for reference, I have no existing condition except rheumatoid arthritis. Can that be the reason? Also for the past few days I'm having chest pain majorly even when I lie down straight on my back Please suggest

My father has left side arm pain from yesterday which started in the back of shoulder and neck and now came to the arm. He has no chest pain and shortlesness of breath. The ecg done today is showing possible MI in avf and III leads and sinus tachycardia with left axis deviation. I gave him disprin today in the afternoon and then the pain reduced but came back in evening. He got evg done in this feb which just showed sinus tachycardia and left axis deviation. He is also under stress from 2-3 months. He got fever 4-5 days ago and took dolo for it for 3 days and his blood reports showed 94000 platelets. The doctor was not available today and will not be there tomorrow also . So probably will be going on Monday for check up. Should we wait or what should we do at home now. Please help me doctors

I took out a Lipid Profile to rule out my heart. Rest everything is fine but my LDL is 118 which shows near optimal. My age is 24, do I need to worry or take any precautions for this? I'm worried about my heart health. Please advise.

I skipped my bisoprolol medication yesterday and today. My cardiologist prescribed it to me because i kept having really high heart rate in public. And the medication actually helped alot. I forgot to take it yesterday and today too. I went outside in the sun at 2pm walked for atleast 10 mins with a really accurate heart rate monitor. At 5 mins my heart rate was at 145 and by 10 mins it was at 190bpm. The machine said my heart averaged 145bpm during this and peak was 189bpm. I felt like my heart will explode while standing still in the building elevator. Came back immediately layed down on my bed the heart rate slowly came back to 120bpm and 92bpm a minute after. I also have the machine on whenever i go outside this rarely happens. Usually goes as high as 150bpm while walking up a slope or stairs.Am i really sensitive now or is this an underlying issue?

Can negative Troponin and CK MB after 24 hours of onset of symptoms safely rule out heart attack ?
