Sir I read some where  ECG identify 200+ rare disease.. it means ECG detect only that disease that already add in ECG or ECG detect all heart problem???.. i know ECG can't tell how much blockage...

ECG is just a face of heart condition. But it is not always possible to identify cardiac diseases. If there is a classical sign then it has high sensitivity for diagnosis but some times it appears normal even when there is an underlying disease.
