Hello doctors, I am male, 35Y. I am feeling some pressure in chest, not getting sleep, slow heart rate, feeling like body getting chilled and feeling like going to get motion. Is this related to any heart disease or anxiety or something else? Kindly suggest.

I have recently had my health checkup and my ldl has decreased since a year back from 150 to 130 and hdl has increased but triglycerides has also increased from 250 to 306 do i need medication for it?
