Hi, My age 32 Male, my Triglycerides is 179 , LDL is 100, HDL is 26. Do I need any medicine for Triglycerides or LDL??

Greetings, im asking this for my mother attached are the lipid reports and thyroid profile. She is 5.2 weigh around 74 kgs. Dear all, I had done lipid profile , My hdl cholesterol is 34 .5 , ldl cholesterol is 118 , VLDL is 35.8 , triglycerides 179 . After consulting  specialist  doctor, I am given rosalaren 10 for 2 months . My question is I am feeling dizziness and too weak after medicine what to do ? Next what if I quit this medicine after 2 months, will it cause any problem further after quitting medicine all of sudden after completing course . 3) I am taking taking this medicine at night time so can I take ayurvedic medicine in morning time, ayurvedic medicine is vajee care .
