2 years ago i had covid I took treatment and 6 remedisivers Right now I m always worried about heart attack 6 months ago i had left arm pain so i did ECG 2d echo and TMT lipid profile all test were normal I am 5 kg overweight Also i already took 2 covid vaccine doses I have smoking history of 3 years but from 2.3 two years I have not smoked even single cigarette So should I still worry about heart attack or heart related any disease ? Pls answer

Hi I have taken my lipid profile yesterday it says ldl 136 and triglycerides 277 hdl 30.6 non hdl 167 recently I have reduced my weight from 88kg to 75kg my height is 5.8 but suddenly my cholesterol increased 2 months back it was less m doing regular walking for 1hr daily I consume coffees 3 to 4 per day so what should I do now can I take medicine or through diet I can reduce kindly let me know if it's serious issue

After getting omicron last year, I usually have ectopic beats only when I have mushy type(halwa type) potty. Can they be correlated?

I'm on telmisartan 40 mg for hypertension 140/85 and also Sertraline 50mg treated for general anxiety disorder. I usually get giddiness due to anxiety now and then and I have done my counselling on how to manage it. I'm also on a healthy diet and exercise regularly at gym. I had no issues working out until last week when I added more weight to my chest exercise and I felt very giddy. My blood pressure was 160/90 which is something I expected due to workout and anxiety. I'm worried if I have to avoid heavy weight increase, will feeling giddiness had any more complications? My ctca test was normal, stress test normal. Calcium score zero. Thyroid is none. Kidney and liver test were normal. I am 6ft and 96 kg. I'm not fearing of gym if it can kill me by increasing my workout. I was well hydrate and breathing well during workout.

Whenever I wakeup from sleep iam getting numbness in my wrist sometimes pain in my left arm...this is happening from 1 month..6 months back done ecg 2d echo everything was normal echo showed MVP Trivial...is this heart related issue..0
