During mornings I'll be having heart beat pulse of 64-75 in bed. Some times it slows down for few seconds like skipping the beat. No other symptoms apart from that.
It slows down when I try to get up from bed and slowly heart rate increases. I checked ecg in apple watch it shows sinus rhythm. I also did heart rate monitoring during sleep it's 66-68 beats per min. It happens mostly when I wake up from sleep and do yawning it slows down a bit and become normal after 6 seconds. It's mostly like skipping the beat.
