Frequent pain near chest area from 1 yr

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Facing pains near chest area which last for few seconds and also left hand pain, this is happening from one year, made all the test ECG, 2DEcho and TMT as well( attaching 2d echo) but all are normal. Few doctors said anxiety, I am thinking of this when ever I get the pains near chest. Living in fear please help me

Short lasting pain is generally not due to heart. That's why Echo and Treadmill test were normal. Please avoid anxiety
