Attached is lipid profile report. Please let me know next course of action. Worried about the report.

2 years ago my father had angioplasty . Can he perform MRI ..for any other reason ?? Is there any side effects on stent . Please answer

I have been suffering for last 5-6 days from rapid heart beats of 140-150 that starts daily in the morning around 9 am that also causes chest pain, dizziness and shortness of breath. Yesterday I went to ER and ECG come normal. I have been told that I didn't have heart attack. Previously I had Echo a month back which was normal and a coronary angiography around 4-5 months back which come normal as well. I take medicine metoprolol 50 mg and olmisartan 20 mg. As my heartbeat episodes have increased for last 5-6 days. Doctor have now put me on Ciplar La 20 BD. But he still says that heart is doing fine and it's only sinus tachycardia. I feel very worried am I at risk of cardiac arrest? I am checking my oxygen level as I feel breathless and dizzy but SpO2 levels are coming 97-98 every time. I am also have stomach upset and GERD issues ? Can these symptoms be due to my stomach issues? I'm attaching my yesterday's ER ECG.

Good moarning doc I want to know about the triglicirides level in blood One of my relative check up for lipid profile and there triglicirides level is 254 . Plese suggest something about how to lower the triglicirides level Should he go to the physician for treatment.

Please reply to my questions as I am facing this problem from last 18 months ... Having chest pain and left hand  ... Done multiple blood ... Chest XRay ... Multiple ECG and 1 times 2D ECHO (last year)... All reports are normal I consult 2 cardiology 2 gp but every say it's normal please guide last ecg attached

Hello doctor , hope u are doing well , I am taking anti lipid profile drug called Roslaren f 10 from 15 days during  night time , now I have pain in my body and have fever  from yesterday can I take dolo 650 or any paracetamol tablets sir  .what should be  time gap duration sir ? Hi, we are worried about my sister in law. she was having chest pain since 2-3 months n had visited a cardiologist. her ecg n 2d echo n all blood reports were normal but tmt came positive. she is 5'4 n weights 81 kgs. has thyroid anemia n anxiety after my mother in laws death. what should she do as she is depressed n now we are also very much.

Please tell me the ECG report is normal or not? I rushed to ER with HR of around 130-140 and chest Pain. Doctor took ECG and said it's normal with Sinus Tachycardia.
