Nausea and Jaw tightness
At around 1:30 hours ago I have sudden nausea and jaw tightness accompanied by rapid heartbeat of 135-140 and anxiety. By BP is around 130/80. Now my pulse and nausea is stabilised but I still have jaw tightness and anxiety with weakness in whole body. I used to take concor 2.5 mg. From today Morning I was put on dilizem 60 mg BD and daxid 25 mg due to myocardial bridge in LAD. Is I am having cardiac issue right now? I am also feeling burning sensation in stomach and upper back.

Myocardial bridge needs evaluation. Jaw tightness is not due to cardiac cause. Heart attack may have a referred pain in jaw not tightness. There can be other pathology of TMJ or Tooth.
