Nausea and faint
Hello Doctor.
yesterday I had alcohol and slept, early morning I went for urination suddenly while urinating I started to get nauseas and feeling faint and uneasiness, suddenly I stopped urinating and had a glass of water and I felt my vision getting black then I went to bed and took rest for few minutes then I was some what ok.
What could this be ? dehydration ? Low bp ? Heart problem ?
By the way I was diagnosed with vestibular migraine 1 year back.

It is related to overstrain or effort in passing urine...may cause occasional dizziness...show a local MD physician if recurs
