Hi doctors I'm very scared about heart attack as i'm having pain in chest lest shoulder and sometimes arm . All the cardiac tests are normal including CT angio. So my doubt is that can worrying more about chest pain and heart cause heart attack as I'm worrying too much because of this and I'm in a constant fear that I might get a heart attack.

Hi doctors my doubt is that can worrying about chest pain and heart attack really cause any heart related problems Because I'm having left side chest pain since November 2022 and took all tests Echo normal takes in November tmt Normal taken in December CT angio normal taken in March. But for the past few days my pain in chest has been increased. Can it be because of stress because I worry about this chest pain a lot and I'm thinking about it all time and living in constant fear that I might get a heart attack. Please help me with this . How can I get out from this.

Hi, This is for my husband.. We had been to master health check.. It was found that his ecg, echo was normal. During tmt stress test his max bp systolic went upto 200 and was back to normal 130/80  when treadmill was stopped. His bladder was full (for ultrasound) during tmt. Will that interfere in result? Or is it something I should worry about? However final impression on tmt report was no ischemia or abnormalities. BMI 32.5 Kindly advise.

I am 34 year old male. I have a bit of a high cholesterol. I have a sedentary life, though improving now. I am also overweight. I have been facing an issue for the last couple of weeks. I get this strong bout of bloating, burping, heart palpitations followed by feeling a bit weak and dizzy (not too heavy), but scary. It happens once or twice a day, sometimes after meals, sometimes when I move fast. I also wake up short of breath early in the morning and which goes away when I shift my position Other than that I sometimes feel nauseated and bloated early in the morning. I have met many doctors - Gastro as well as Cardio. All have given different reasons. One dr. told me it's just a gastric issue, one told me it could be GERD, one told me it's probably H.pylori and the cardio told me it's because of Obstructive Sleep Apnea. I am scared about the heart palpitation and weakness/dizziness that happens with excessive bloating and burping. Please help fast.

My standing  position heart rate is 120,it is normal.please confirm,any factors cause heart beat increase.

Can I take Atarax 10 and telma 40 together? Got some skin issues and earlier my dermatologist gave Atarax and last time the skin issues got better on taking one Atarax itself. Now after 5 months I am again getting skin bumps which goes away on applying fucibet but it is coming in different parts. I have blood pressure and takin telma 40 and Dilzem CD . So my query is whether I can take Atarax 10 along with these medicines?

For last two months I have been suffering from left side chest, left hand, left neck, left jaw and ear pain. Pain is not sharp but discomfort which comes and go. My bp is normal like 116/78, 120/80 but pulse rate is high like 101,100,105,98 etc. For multiple Times. Is it heart related?

I have a sedentary lifestyle. Have high cholesterol for some time (160 LDL, 30 HDL, 300 TGL). No diabetes and Normal BP. I am overweight Since the last few weeks, I have been experiencing labored breathing here and there, sometimes accompanied by burping, I burp continuously. On most days I wake up with a feeling of nausea and heaviness around the throat area. Also i can feel my heart beating very hard (my HR goes from 72 to 90-95 at rest), this mostly happens when I am anxious or after a meal or if I have not taken a meal for a long time, I also feel quite weak at that time. I also sometimes feel a bit of uneasiness on my left arm and upper shoulder. All these symptoms don't happen every time and together. I went to a Gastro and they said it could be a gastric issue, mostly GERD/H.pylori and asked me to do an endoscopy. But I am a bit anxious if it is a heart related problem. Please help, do I need to be worried ?
