Hlo doctor, My age is 17yrs.i don't have courage to accept my thinking.i m giving up my thinking.my mind is avoiding hardwork.mein har chez se bhagta hu jisme courage chahiye.aaur ye sab automatically hota hai.i m mentally strong.mera intelligence bhi khatam ho rha hai.my ECG report was slight st elevation v4.i have taken ciplar la 20 mg for 3months.now it is stopped.plz suggest me.

Since three months taking Telma 40 and Cilacar 10 in morning and Cilacar 10 at night. BP at 145/105 since a week . Having headache and tiredness. Could not see my regular physician for a week and the nearby primary care physician told Cilnidipine is a mild drug and  prescribed a Combination tablet. Newtel AMH ( Telmisartan+Amlodipine+Hydrochlorothiazide ). Advised to take this for 5 days once daily and recheck BP . Does this scenario require medicine change. ( TSH is 1.0 taking Thyronorm 88 )

Hello Dr. Iam 20 years old. I went for Health checkup My ecg test shows LAFB. My echo is like LVEF 68. Trace TR 20mmHg Trace MR. All valve normal,no lvh. Good Echogenic window. I want to does it affect my lifespan..pubmed said its very serious.
