Dear Docs my grandmother is chainsmoker smokes whole day since her 20s. Now 97 Recently done echo 1 line is written . secundum ASD of size 2.1x2.1cms with left to right shunt (2:1) Aortic rims were deficient. Other rims were adequate. She said she will not change her lifestyle. Let me live . What to do dr pls tell?
