Body shaking fast heart beat
Hii dr. When I think or tense little bit my heart started beating fast and body shaking feeling uncomfortable and feel like heart attack after sometime it's came down but feeling chest heviness pain in left chest and little bit in hand I done below test which is normal. Kindly suggest
