My fitbit app shows artrial fib when i run ecg , so next day I took ecg , is this ecg normal ?I dint have any symptoms or un easiness

Hello Dr. Sometimes feel like missed heart beart... But sometimes I don't feel it but when I touch the pulse area I feel one skipped beat pr a few... What could be the reason. Took echo a few months back all are ok.. Attched the ecg.. Electrolytes all normal. It been almost an heart..so my heart beats 52-55 some days 60 to 79. Kindly advise what could be the reason.

I have been advised exosprin from doctor but I am taking rozucur 20mg for cholesterol can I take both together ?

Whenever i lie down and close eyes for sleep, i feel like my heart restarts like there is a sudden drop in its rhythm from mid- high beats to like normal slow beats which also results in minor jerk in stomach area and this happens during the initial phase only when i am trying to sleep ,once this happens it's all normal afterwards. Is this something  serious?

I had my CT coronary angiography an year back and conventional angiography 3 months back both were came normal and still I get chest pains and rapid heartbeats and floating feeling after I walk especially when I brisk walk or climb up stairs. For this I take metropolol and Telisartan. Is this still angina ? How can be I sure of my heart is okay and there is no blockage as symptoms are still persistent. Or is it due I'm obese 101 kg and waist 42. I had my lipid profile yesterday. I'm so confused and scared of dying from heart attack and it has started taking a toll on my mental health.

Dear Sir, Recently I done a ECG, 2d Echo and TMT all reports comes normal but TMT shows PVC quantity 5 nos, What is the normal quantity of pvc per day?? Please clarify me sir.
