Tachycardia
Resting pulse is around 90-95 when i stand up the heart rate on oximeter goes up to 135 sometimes and then suddenly after a few seconds dips to 60s gets up to 105 within few seconds. Usually happens in morning and doesn't happen after i take beta blocker. Blood work, 2d echo, stress test all ok. On Concor cor 1.25 for anxiety. What could be the reason for sudden fall in heart rate? Kindly help

Please rule out Othostatic Hypotension. Try to control anxiety with other means like regular progressive exercises (walk/run/cycle) Good Sleep No to caffeine and Tea Do Meditate. Do it for 3 months sincerely, trust me you won’t need concor at your age.
