High pulse rate, above 120
Hello, I'm a patient of Ankylosing spondylitis. I always notice my pulse rate is high and above 120 per minute. My blood pressure is 140/80. And my creatinine is 0.89 . Should I worry about my pulse rate? And what should I do to maintain a pulse rate under 90 and maintain my bp under 120/80?                                                        Thank you

Control your blood pressure first. Then heart rate will be targetted to within 90.
