Heart beat above 120
Hello Sir, my cousin is experiencing high heart beat above 120 all the time. Her bp is showing an average of 140/80. But she does not feel any symptoms. Could you please advise why heart beat is showing above 120 all the time and how severe it is?

It depends, is she having stress / dizziness or any other symptoms
In young patients first we have to rule ot dehydration/ to do thyroid profile
