Chest discomfort and mild pain reasons at left side. Got ECG, 2D Echo and TMT done recently which is normal..I feeling scared plz tell me whether it is heart related and gastric issue some other thing .

Iam experiencing sudden sharp pain under left breast is this heart related,could you provide a solution for this.

I have been facing chest discomfort, mild pain sometimes at left side chest... So I visited cardiologist he done test like ECG, 2d echo and TMT which is normal... He told me I am suffering from gastric problem ... He prescribed me  medicines ... I took that medicines the chest discomfort subsided... But from yesterday it started again ... Should I continue that medicines??? Plz reply
