Sir I m suffering chest pain sometimes last one year ecg echo and tmt normal three times lastly doctor advised me CT Coronary Angiography so I attached my CV angio report pls check and advise me any abnormalities or normal???

Hi doctors my doubt is that can we have heart attack with normal CT angio tmt echo and ecg . I took my CT angio in March which came out normal tmt and echo in November and December respectively in 2022. But still I'm experiencing chest pain in left side left neck and shoulder pain. Because of this I'm really scared. And does worrying about something too much can trigger a heart attack. Please help me with it . I'm getting very scared.

A few days back I had palpitations at night before sleeping, so I consulted a doctor and took ECG and ECHO tests, both were normal, and Doc told me I'm just being anxious, but I couldn't handle it mainly because I had muscle spasms in both sides of my chest. I also took TMT which turned out to be normal. But a few days later now I'm getting these flashes of slight pain in the left arm and back. The left arm gets cold sometimes which triggers panic, I just wanna know if everything is normal with my heart, because I feel this is the main cause of my triggers, I spiral down into panic whenever something happens in my chest or left arm. These pains I'm experiencing aren't long lasting, this just happens randomly out of the blue for a few seconds.

My grand father is taking कनकासव syrup from two days ... today he got red patches on hole body is it due to reaction of medicine or something ...He has difficulty in breathing from long time...Kindly see the attachment and suggest further treatment

I have this fluttering feeling in my chest. It feels I am skipping a beat sometimes and then having extra beats. It is kind of bubbling/sinking sensation. I get this mostly when I am rest or laying in bed. It doesn't happen when I'm moving or working out. I don't have any other symptoms apart from this or when this happens. I was under 2-3 months of stress after which this started happening. Pls suggest
