My average bp remains 140/90. Sometimes it fluctuates to 145/92 sometimes 138/88. I have monitored my BP for the past 2 months now. The average is constant at 140/90. Should I take medicine ? I donot have diabetes or any other symptoms. Please help me out .

Hi after walking on stairs my bp raised to 150 but after 5 min it's came to 117 it's normal or need to attention.

When chest pain starts my left shoulder also feel pain. I consult one doctor and she said their is variation in report and then consult another cardiologist he said there is no problem in the report. Plz clarify my problem. Is there any variation?

I am having left side Chest and shoulder pain from past one week. I consulted cardiologist and taken ECG , ECHO, TMT, chest Xray, All reports are normal. Doctor said it is related to muscle. But still I am getting chest and shoulder pain? Do I need take any other tests?

When I try to do shrisasana , or head stand , it feels like something chocks near my heart area And I feel something blocked and I go out of breathe and my body feels tight , also there is a very weird feeling in my left leg and hand sometimes when I try to squeeze my left leg or hand I feel some tightness in my heart area , I am really scared , what is it ?

My husband has been prescribed Ciplar LA 40 by a cardiologist, he's already taking Tazloc AM 40 for high blood pressure but the doctor prescribed this also to him since he has anxiety issues also. Later we consulted a psychiatrist who put him on Bupron xl 150 which is an anti depressant. Now we went to another physician to get his full body test reports checked wherein his cholesterol level was 270 and triglycerides also above 200. The doctor said Ciplar LA 40 also leads to weight gain and cholesterol gain. We want to know it that's actually true and can he stop taking Ciplar LA 40 or some substitute for it.
