Kindly review the attached report. I was told everything is fine. My  current BP remains 130/100. I was told diastolic BP is not of much concern. Taking Cilacar 10 at night.

Hi Dr, My mother had her bypass surgery 2 years back. Recently she gets episode of dizziness and her stomach is often not fine, with episodes of sour burps and Loose motions. Whenever she has dizziness her BP is always high at 155/93. Are these all the complications of surgery ? Her BP spike occurs suddenly

Respected sir, My wife have chest discomfort and dry mouth due to anxiety because of family issue. So we went trauma of gov hospital and done ECG...there are changes in ECG . Troponin is normal. Clonazepam 0.5 mg stat tab given After clonazepam she feels better and normal. Do we need to worry about ECG changes? Is this cardiac related changes or anxiety induced sir? Do we need to do further any test as there is changes in ECG. Thank you sir for help Regards

Hi I felt like a sudden catch twice in the interval of 20 mins in my right side of the chest. I feeing fine now but a get worried when I think about it. My sugar is normal ( tested last in the month of March ) TMT test came normal ( tested last in the month of July 22) Cholesterol all levels are normal only LDL is 170 ( test done last week) Pls advice on this. Hello! My mother, aged 45, is on Hypertension medication since Feb 2022. Her Blood pressure is in normal range and currently it was 93/71 on 5 May 2023. And after that she has stopped her medication by her own. I want to know that is it right to stop Hypertension medication?? Stopping the medicine will not cause any problem, will it?? Please advice. I am very worried about her.

Hello doctor. I had a query regarding some medicines. I have anxiety issues and been prescribed nexito 5 and toficalm 50. I am on BP meds that is inderal la 20 and Rivaxa 15mg. I wantes to know is there any drug interaction or is it safe to take with the blood thinner rivaraxaban. Pleasse advise if any of the two - toficalm or nexito 5 interacts or is it safe to take. Hi doctors I have done 4 ecg's in the past 6 months own echo,tmt and CT angio as well All the test are normal. By problem is if I do some slight heavy work like running or playing my heart is beating faster. Today I ran to catch my train and saw in my smart watch that my BPM is 170. This occurs regularly. Is there any problem. Can we have cardiac disease with all these tests coming normal?
