Hi, our heart has a regulation mechanism to control its rate. One is through sympathetic which increases heart rate and other through parasympathetic which decreases heart rate. Both system act in sync while rest and activity. If your resting heart rate is below 90 it is normal and if it increases abnormally high with mild activity then you need to train your heart. I would suggest start with walking for 30min every day. Do some pranayam and meditate Stop Caffeine Sleep well Avoid stress which stimulates sympathetic system Over months gradually escalate activity to cycling or running. You will see results in 3 months
